Concrete Contractor in South Lyon, MI

Newer homes often come with a narrow driveway and no patio. We widen driveways, add parking pads, and pour backyard patios with steps down from a deck or slider. Walkways from the driveway to the backyard gate are another popular addition.

Older homes near downtown need replacement sidewalks, steps and driveways that have worn out after years of winter salt. Businesses and HOAs call us for curbs, sidewalks and common-area repairs. Many South Lyon neighborhoods are built on clay, so we focus on drainage and base compaction to keep slabs from heaving.

South Lyon has grown quickly, with many newer subdivisions alongside an older downtown and rural properties on the edges of town. In newer neighborhoods, homeowners often want to widen a builder-grade driveway, add a backyard patio, or put in a walkway from the driveway to the back gate. Older homes near downtown tend to need replacement steps, sidewalks and driveways that have cracked or heaved after many winters. On larger rural lots, we pour pole barn slabs and garage floors. Clay soil is common in the area, so we focus on solid base preparation and good drainage to keep new concrete from shifting. Because South Lyon is close to Brighton, it is easy for us to visit for an estimate, answer questions in person, and keep your project on schedule once a date is set.
